Classes run for ten weeks from Thursday 7th May to Thursday 23rd July 2026, with a break during half term. Choose in-person in East Dulwich or join online via Zoom.

What you need
You don't need much — just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing you can move freely in. That's it.
If you're joining online, you'll also need a clear space large enough for your mat and a stable internet connection for Zoom.
